War of Genesis: Idle Loot Pets, wings, runes, magitech

Collectible tracks the achievement list proves exist—without invented specimen names.

Pets and Wings

Pets, wings, runes, and magitech gear are real progression tracks in War of Genesis: Idle Loot. Steam Early Access began 10 September 2026. This page ranks them as collectibles, not as a bestiary. We do not invent pet names, wing models, rune words, or magitech product titles. If a companion app shows a sprite, confirm the string in your client.

Class still comes first. Rank Swordsman, Archer, and Mage and fill 14-slot equipment before you chase a tier-4 wing. The index is the Tier List Hub. Trophy wording is on the achievements page.

What the achievements actually prove

The 82-trophy list is the clean public source. It names these grades in plain English:

Wings

  • Tier 4 — “Shall We Take Flight?”
  • Tier 5 — “The Sky Feels Closer”
  • Tier 6 — “Even the Sky Makes Way”

Pets

  • Tier 4 — “Small but Mighty”
  • Tier 5 — “Cuteness Equals Strength”
  • Tier 6 — “Where Did You Get That Pet?”

Magitech gear

  • Tier 4 — “A Different Kind of Ignition”
  • Tier 5 — “Output Limit? Never Heard of It”
  • Tier 6 — “Turning the Battlefield Upside Down”

Runes

  • Tier 4 — “A Line Written in Destiny”
  • Tier 5 — “The Rune Recognized My Power”
  • Tier 6 — “Inscribing the Laws of the World”

Those four tracks sit beside character tiers 4–6 and accessory tiers 4–6. They are not the 14 armor slots and not skill levels 35 / 65 / 95. They are parallel ladders you climb while the overlay farms.

Opening-week collectible rank

S — Do not stall the class for these. A tier-4 pet does not make Hunter Bow legal on a Swordsman. A tier-6 rune does not save a skill tree you abandoned. Lock a main, then collect.

A — Magitech and runes, once the weapon is legal. Achievement copy treats magitech as battlefield output and runes as inscribed power. That flavor matches combat stats more closely than a cosmetic wing. We still lack official slot screens for every rune page, so this is a lean, not a spreadsheet.

A- — Wings at tier 4+. Wings have a full 4 / 5 / 6 trophy chain, so the designers expect you to notice them. They are still a collectible, not a fourth class. Equip what drops; do not reroll Mage because a wing looks caster-like.

B — Pets as a long trophy hunt. The names of the trophies are cute on purpose. The grades are real. Opening week has no public drop table. If a pet appears, keep the highest tier you own.

C — Relics as a wallet track, not a pet. Relic purchases are a shop achievement. Relics are not pets. Do not mix them into this rank except as optional spend.

How these tracks interact with class and gear

Combat is automatic. Collectibles ride on the hero who is currently out. Switching characters currently means re-setting weapons and skills; Steam reviewers flagged missing loadouts. Play as if expensive pieces need a re-check after a swap, the same way a Hunter Bow must be re-checked after you leave Archer.

User levels 10 / 40 / 70 / 100 and roster slots around Lv.70 / 80 / 90 gate named heroes such as Ice Pendragon, not these four tracks. Keep portraits and pets in different buckets.

Bag pressure is the practical limiter. If a wing or rune is clogging space, send junk armor through blacksmith first. Diamonds spent listing a pet on the Steam Marketplace should wait until you know the item is tradable; do not assume every collectible can be listed.

Honest gaps

  • No official pet names on this wiki until the client prints them.
  • No wing set bonuses quoted from hearsay.
  • No rune word list copied from a datamine filename.
  • No claim that magitech replaces the 14-slot grid.
  • No invented farm routes for unnamed creatures.

Until public profiles show tier-6 pets next to skill Lv.95, treat this page as a trophy map. Rank the class, rank the 14 slots, then let wings and pets drip.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the best pet in War of Genesis: Idle Loot?

Unknown. Achievements prove pet tiers 4–6 exist. This wiki does not invent specimen names. Climb the grade you own; keep class rank on class tiers.

Are wings just cosmetics?

Unclear. They have a full tier 4–6 trophy chain, which usually means stats, but we will not quote bonuses we have not seen. Equip the highest tier and keep farming equipment.

Do runes and magitech share the 14 gear slots?

No. The 14 slots are weapon through accessories. Magitech and runes are separate achievement categories. See equipment ranks for the armor grid.

Should I spend Diamonds on pets in week one?

Usually no. Lock a main, fill legal weapons, and fuse junk. Diamonds also list Market items. Read the Steam Marketplace guide before you buy a collectible you cannot trade back.

Can I ignore these tracks until user Lv.70?

You can delay chasing them. Roster slots around Lv.70 / 80 / 90 are for named heroes, not for pets. Pick up drops as they appear; do not stall Getting Started habits to hunt an unnamed creature.

Where do relics fit?

Relics are a purchase counter on the achievement list, not a pet family. Optional spend. Keep them off this rank; see achievements for the purchase trophies.
